It's hard to see that fish, but it looks big. I'm not sure about your state, but in NJ it's catch and release only from april 15-june 15. Hopefully this is an old pic or you're state's not closed. It'd be a shame for a monster like that to not be able to reproduce and stock the waters with it's superior genes.

its a tarpon and only take pics after fighting them on lite tackle, 15lbs braid and a uglyu 6 foot 6 rod and 25 mins of fun. and i get in the water with everyone i catch to mske sure it swims strong away form my hands.
