My personal best this season, measured 23" but didn't have a scale. 4' of dark, murky water on a 1/2 oz jig with Paca Craw trailer in Black/Blue w/ dark green trailer. Awesome fish, and for Northern New Jersey it's a lunker believe me they are hard to come by.
