Will an 800 lb trailer jack be good enough for a Tracker 17.5 ft boat? Of course it is aluminum and also has a 50 horse mercury on the back. I know the trailer wheels take alot of the weight but hope the 800 lb jack will be good enough.

Will be fine! But make sure to get the biggest tire on front you can, as it will be handy at some point!

Way more than enough. If you can pick up the tongue you should be able to tell how much it weighs. If you have 800 lbs of tongue weight you're in trouble! Lol.
