Also, you can buzz a rage craw over the surface. It's nice because if they smack and miss it, just toss it right back to where they hit and let it sink. Don't have to worry about switching to a fluke or senko.
I never thought about that but it makes sense. I like it.

Anybody know about the Moaner hooks? Can you buy them anywhere else besides their website?
I don't think so but the owner is a member of BR maybe he'll be buy to see this and give you a definitive answer.

Another great video, Gene. Well done. Though I can't say I've caught a ton on the Rage Rig, it does have a place in my arsenal. It's a surprisingly versatile little setup. Extremely weedless, which is a big bonus in my book. I've intentionally tried to get it hung in grass, and it just comes through each time without a problem.

The Rage rig isn't a secret anymore. One of my bread and butter rigs for sure. Never leave home without it rigged up.

Oh yes, try this with a Lobster, it slays them.

Almost any weighted hook will. Each hook is going to give it a little different angle on the fall.
That's right... Besides the weight of the hook being used, the hook size can position the weight differently under a bait offering an alternative fall angle also.
