Fished a little pond behind one the homes we manage and last time I fished there (few years ago) there were no bass but I thought i saw one swimming the other week and decided to this time bring my pole with new Live Target Field Mouse (so far, live target are catching me some nice bass :P) and I reeled it in a long the shore and stopped right in front of a little patch of lily pads and my mouse got hit hard, Guess I now know there are bass in there now :P

One quick question though, is this a spotted bass or just a largemouth with different genetics, because the few other bass I caught in a different pond were really dark green?

Nice!!!! Never under estimate ponds like that.

You won't catch any spots in winter garden. I think the only place you can get them in FL is in the panhandle. That's a pretty fish.
