A 4/0 worked for me.
I always catch a limit in practice!

From a human perspective, they're like Twinkies.

I fish the Baby Craw on a 2/0 Offset Worm Hook, T-rigged with a 1/8 oz weight, unpegged.

You got it, 4/0 works. Baby craw also works great rigged on a jig head.

Texas rigged, I usually use a 3/0 hook. But my favorite is when I put it on the back of a finesse swim jig. They absolutely kill that!!

Yes, I've also used the rage rig for the baby craw, and it worked great.

What about on a weighted hook?

You've gotten answer anywhere between 2/0 and 4/0. Personally, I think that 2/0 is the right size. So, try and find some 2/0 weighted hooks if that's what you're after.
