What do you prefer? I drink Evan Williams just about excluseivley when it comes to bourbon. I know its not top shelf but i love it. Just had a drink and sneezed when it was half way down causing part of it to go out of my nose. My nose is still burning and my eyes are watering like no other!

my cheap-o bourbon is Old Crow, not as sweet as Evan, and cheaper than bottled pee.

Tho its not technically a bourbon, I'm a big fan of Stranahans. It's pricey, but it's got a totally distinct flavor.

Too much Jim Beam during college is bringing back bad memories. These days I'll reach for Knob Creek or Basil Hayden's.

Knob Creek is nice. I received a bottle of Pappy Van Winkles as a gift a couple
of years ago. When I win the lottery this is all I will drink!

That Pappy is good stuff. I like Makers Mark for general usage, or will step it up to Rip or straight Van Winkle if I'm feeling more cultured...I also like JD and a few differnt ryes for some roughage.

I'll go for some JD or his cousin JB. Also enjoy Knob Creek and some others I can't think of at the moment. I've also been enjoying the Honey Bourbons lately. All straight up with two cherries which I save for last.

Remember Sandy Hook...

I'll stick to my Kool-Aid. It's extremely difficult to become intoxicated from the fruity, homogenous mixture.

On the fly or on a lure, bass are my thing. Unless trout are around...

I don't drink bourbon too much, but Pappy Van Winkle is usually what I stock in my home bar. 20 and the 23 year, however I prefer the 20. Recently I tried Hirsch 28 year old at a high end steak joint, and was also impressed by that. I have 2 bottles on the way. :)

Ahh, one of my favorite topics other than fishing.

Goto drink: Blantons (oldest distillery in Ky, also makers of Buffalo trace) hints of vanilla and caramel

Henry MCKenna: only bourbon whos barrels are bonded by the US Government. very smooth, not too oakey

Pappy Van Winkle 20: one of the best bourbons I have ever tried. NOT CHEAP but very good

After 20 years in the bar business I have had almost all of them but these are my favorites
