Whats your favorite craw that doesn't tear easily? A 2-3" craw for jig trailer or 4-5" craw /creature tube for punching. I'm tired of Netbait Paca tearing up so quickly. Anyone try Zoom Super Hogs? They seem to look thick/durable. I'm a fan of multiple appendages so it lasts even longer after loosing a few.
I have a fishing problem but have never woke up hungover.

My favorite is the Rage Lobster. It holds up a lot better than the crawl and they consistently put more fish in the boat for me than other brands of baits.

In fact the other day I was fishing a Zoom Hog in Green Pumpkin and was only catching dinks once it fell apart I replaced it with a Rage Hog in the same color and casted it in the same spot I had just casted the Zoom and caught a 5# on the following cast I got a 4# in the same spot.At the end of the day I was still using the same Hog and had caught Dozens of fish on it with this 4# the last fish of the day. I'd say I got my money out of this one.

I use the Netbait paca chunks for jig trailers but the claws seem to tear off very easily. Sometimes only after 1 fish.

Zoom Super Hogs are durable, they have less action compared to a Brush Hog, but sometimes that's the key.

I would stop worrying about the life of the plastic your using. It is after all plastic. 1-3 fish is all i expect from any plastic lure, it is just something i expect so when it does become unfishable it doesnt bother me. If your looking for quality in design and action i would take a look at Rage Tail's line. The baby craws, craws and lobsters are awesome as jig trailers or thrown T rigged. The action is unmatched by any other IMO. They also have a few "creature" type baits. The rage hawg is great and so is the space monkey.

Apparently some of you didn't read the whole post. He wants to switch from the paca craw because he doesn't like its durability.

My vote goes for the Rage Craw/Chunk/Lobster.

i'm a big fan of zoom--price, durability, and color selection. can't afford strike king just yet.
when i'm in heavy cover or the jig bite is good i might start switching to good ole' pork trailer.

i picked these up on sale at wally world. looks like yum's version of a heavy flip/pitch creature. they are durable and a 4/0 hook fits perfect--nice action from the two long curl tails when swimming it. couldn't find them online. anyone seen them around?

I like the Paca craw for trailers, but if we're just talking a craw plastic, the Yum Crawbug is hands down my favorite.

I have no problems with the Paca's not lasting!! And when a claw does come off, keep fishing it!!!! Smallmouth love to tare a claw off and then eat the craw, so just help them out some!!!

The Bass Pro Shops Incredible Craw is a real fish catcher that doesn't get near the publicity they deserve. It's like $2.99 for a 20 pack and they catch the crap out of the fish. I caught my PB 14.7 on a watermelon/chart. claw Incredible Craw with a 1/0 Gamakatsu Wide Gap and a 1/16oz slip sinker. It's also perfect as a jig trailer, especially the finesse style jigs (thinner skirt). Try em out!

I don't have a problem with the Netbait Paca chunks as trailers, they seem to be reasonably durable to me. I used a Ragetail Baby craw for the first time last week, c-rigged it, and it held up well also. I think to get claws that flap easily they can't be molded with plastic that is thick and rigid which would give you durability.
I'd rather be fishing
