Just brought home a new ride. Wanted something that I could use in these creeks around here and something I could use when just I wanted to go fishing instead of breaking out the big boat. I am super excited to get in the water tomarrow and see what itll do. 3 fishing pole holders, area behind seat to store tackle box and cooler, and dry storage in the front. Its a Heritage Angler 10. Should be stable enough and also be able to support my weight and the weight of all my gear. Thanks for your time.

i seen that show the other day on wfn about bass fishing from a kayak it looked like it had its perks. your gonna be able to fish where no boat can fish. the host was standing up while setting the hook and all. im sure if you take a wrong step your gonna end up in the drink but other then that it looked like fun. as it gains more and more popularity the accesories and options will be endless.

This one says that you can stand and fish on this one also but that is to be determined.

im sure that as long as you can stay centered you'll be ok. i would put my cell phone in a ziplock the first couple test runs and make sure you gear is always secured. it would suck to flip it and have all your gear sink to the botton.

Took it out for the first time today. It did great. Didnt get any pics b/c it poured rain the whole time. Even with the rain I caught 7 bass. There was 2 more boats out on the small lake I went to and 5 of the 7 fish I caught was where the bigger boats couldnt go. I think this thing is gonna work out great.

Have that exact same yak, love it but youll soon see that it soaks your butt and the seat is uncomfortable. Gotta get some scupper plugs for it and what i did for a seat is i took one of the stadium seats with the back and some fittings that are used to screw pipes to the wall and screwed them around the bottom frame of the seat. it works great.

90% of fish are caught by 10% of the fisherman. You cant tell me its luck.
