Been having luck with a rage rigged space monkey on steep drop offs in this heat. Here's one from the other day. Guy I always see at the lake held it so I could get a great picture!

That looks like some bassy waters there. Nice pic!

WTG, goodlooking fish and water! I've often said if I could only fish one bait... The Monkey would get the call
IMO, most versatile bait out there and on the Rage Rig, it's rediculous GOOD

Thanks! It's really been working well here. This place gets a lot of pressure and once summer hits the fishing gets even more tough. These fish don't usually want to bite much but the space monkey is getting it done!
It really is a nice lake to fish. Here are a few pics of it from the other night. It stretches around the back left and right (43 acres)

Yeah that fish has very nice coloring and healthy looking, SWEET. I also like the fins up for photo as well.

I've had so much success with the Rage-rigged Craw of late that I haven't fished the Monkey in quite a while. I think I'm going to switch back to it and Rage-rig it this time.
