Oregon?

I am a buckeye fan, and I realize I have a jaded view, but even today, every time OSU football is mentioned the article seems to find a way to include the fact that Tressel lied and was forced out... as he should have been. If you cheat, you get what you deserve.
Wondering why the Oregon story is, has been, or at least seems to me to have been "swooshed" under the carpet? Obvious reference to Nike's money.
OSU has been talked about regarding the programs transgressions for well over a year now, and the Oregon situation isn't even news?
Same with MIami in Florida?
Is this the way folks who may live in the south or west see this? or are these items talked about in your areas daily?
Not trying to start an arguement over who did what? just wondering if the folks in oregon and/or florida see these situations on TV daily?
I haven't even seen anything on ESPN who will sensationalize any story. Just wondering.

Nothing even on ESPN...which still takes every opportunity to mention the Jim Tressel episode every time they mention Ohio State a year and a half later???

In another news, have anyone seen this? http://www.al.com/sp...source=teammash Me thinks this guy is an idiot. If he got "dirt" on a program like Alabama for cheating, why didn't he blow the whistle to the NCAA when he first got the dirt? Just because one says something doesn't make it true. For instance, I'm surrounded by naked Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders.
