No I never have. I would like to but given the fact that I've never been there, never fished it, and wouldn't know where to begin, I just don't think it'd be prudent to drive an hour away to get skunked. I get that just fine here. Don't get me wrong, I would love to but just don't have any experience in doing so.

I share your exact feelings on the matter but the ever convenient Beltzville Lake is basically dead fish wise. I'm gonna try to make the trek to the big pond this weekend because I really want to catch a fish!

I've heard that about Beltzville, that's a shame.  I've never been there before either but have heard that it once was a nice fishery.  If you ever want to I'd be willing to get together and do some fishing sometime.  Not that I know the lake or am good, but Harvey's lake is another one if you'd be interested in coming up and we'll go fish it together.

I go to the gym every day and work out with people stronger and faster than me.

I spend my spare time with friends and family whose values and quality of character I aspire to reflect.

For all of those reasons, I get a little better, every day."

LOL, if he's gonna run that far, I'll put him up, and we'll fish a Finger Lake, like Keuka.

May I ask where you spend most of your time fishing?

I have a brother that lives in Plattsburg. But alas, we not on the best of speaking terms.

My buddy and I are planning a trip up to West Swanton there on the peninsela next July to do some fishing since that's where he grew up.

Sold my Prowler Big Game to clayton.  Still have my Bullet and Xpress boaits.  Been playing around in this, a Jackson Cuda.  It's not my favorite boat, and has some issues with it's design, but as a simplified craft for small water, especially with current, it works.
