I think Im becoming more of a tackle junkie then a fisherman. So I figured we have a section to show off our Recent catches, why not show off our prized tackle.

my daiwa pixy hasnt arrived from japan yet or I would post a pic. probably gonna be havin about half a dozen rods custom built but wont be for another month or two. For now I will just enjoy rod/reel porn. I also see myself becoming more of a tackle/gear junkie then a fisherman

Here's what I have in the way of baitcasting equipment so far.....that one reel by itself there is a 7.1:1 ratio and still needs a rod but I haven't fully decided what one to get for it yet.


Top to bottom...
6'6" MH/F Shimano Compre with 6.4:1 BPS Extreme, I use this for spinnerbaits and buzzbaits, also can be used for jigs and t-rigs.
6'6" M/F Shimano Compre with 6.4:1 BPS Extreme, I use this for jerkbaits mostly.
6' M Quest rod from Dicks (cheap but I love this rod, it has a softer action like a MF would) with a 5.4:1, I use this for light crankbaits.


Closeup of one reel. They are very compact and palmable but wide open for good spool access with your thumb.
