Louisa May Alcott quote- "I am not afraid of storms for I am learning how to sail my ship."
What is life?
It is the flash of a firefly in the night.
It is the breath of a buffalo in the wintertime.
It is the little shadow which runs across
the grass and loses itself in the sunset.

Given that politial/religious threads are almost always at the heart of this issue, we are no longer going to allow them here.
What happened with him was just the last straw. I never change policies/rules because one person thinks I should. I do so only after a trend or pattern has been established.
I WILL NOT talk about him any longer. What's done is done, it's not open for review. He can come back, however, since he was never banned. But it seems he destroyed his profile, which cannot be reversed. He would need to start over again, with brand new profile. Too bad knee-jerk reactions based on assumptions and fueled by tempers can cause irreversable results.

Rule number 2 and 3 are contually violated. I thought that was the whole point of having an "Everything Else" section.

TO QUOTE SOMEONE >>>" THIS IS NOT A DEMOCROCY!!!!!!" Hows this for a question Go on some real political site and see if you can can an answer to this: HOW DO I TWEEK A SPINNERBAIT FOR SLOW ROLLING?" and see how that fits in ;D I am extremly grateful to that ONE MAN for taking the time and keep this site what it is. He put's the $$$$$ up and it's his site. I also haven't seen one site that compares to this site SO MAYBE HE KNOWS WHAT HE"S DOING. In fact a friend of mine belongs to BDO and they have redone their site and it's trying to run like this one.

Thanks for the kind words. I appreciate it.
To clarify:
Keep in mind that rule #2 doesn't say, "fishing topics only". It implies, "remember what we're here for, so off topics, while not forbidden and are in fact welcome, are subject to editorial review." Make sense?

Political and religeous posts lend themselves to fierce arguments and invite rude often offensive behavior.
BassResource.com is the best.
Newbies are always impressed, sometimes even amazed at the comraderie and good will found here.
This is not an accident.
It is because that's the way Glenn wants it.
So do I and about 8,000 other people.
