Bitetit, maybe in Louisiana but not in Virginia.
Stickers like yours, which are really funny, are not allowed on Virginia vehicles as they are deemed to be offensive.
I would like for some of the Virginia guys to place an order just to get the sticker and put them on their vehicles to see if they are stopped. With the municipalities using their law enforcement officers and State Police to issue tickets to help meet budget I would not be surprised to have the guys stopped and given a ticket.
I am sending Miies a letter regarding the BCS and how he prosecuted the game. To say the least I am really upset with him and what happend to the team before the game and how Miles handled the situation.
Geaux Tigers!

If you can't put it on a vehicle, they look good on boats too!

i doubt you would get stopped for that sticker in VA. it even says biteitbaits.com on the sticker. I dont find it offensive at all. I see controversial stickers on VA vehicles every day almost, none of them are getting pulled over for it, even with cops right behind them, some even have 20 stickers of which several contain possible offensive material and curse words. I imagine its a law thats rarely if ever enforced, and if it is, probably because the person got pulled over for something else and that was just another charge the cop could tack on...

Red, you are probably correct but in Virginia the municipalities are using the sheriff deputies and State Troopers to give tickets as a means of an income flow.
I will check with a fishing buddy who is a police officer and let you know what he says.
Thanks for the post.

I heard back from my two friends who are in law enforcement. Both are bass fisherman.
County Police Officer
So far the County Prosecutor has not informed his County police force about the need to ticket offensive stickers. My friend did send me a case from South Carolina about a lady who got a ticket for having large red bull balls hanging off her truck and it is now up to the courts to determine if the attachment is obscene.
Virginia State Trooper
This is what I was told by my State Trooper friend: It is totally up to the jurisdiction if anything on your vehicle is deemed to be obscene. So I can have a "Saban is a Douch" bumper sticker on my SUV and be fine in the City of Richmond, but if I go out to the Bass Pro Shop in Hanover County I could get pulled over for having an obscene sticker. Each jurisdiction decides what is obscene and if they want to allow their law enforcement officers to issue tickets.
Just to be safe, if I do get some Bite Me Batis I think I will put the sticker in my man cave.
