how yall doin?

glad to be apart of this community and glad to be an American.

i just got started fishing this past summer mostly brim, fishing with corn and bread. as of a few months ago i have been bass fishing and really enjoying it. i have caught at least 20 bass mostly large and smallmouth. i am using 8 lb test and crankbaits, spinnerbaits, and worms. all of my bass have been maybe a pound and i would like to fish for bigger bass. i am just wondering if i need to get bigger line and/or bigger lures.

thanks for your time

God bless America.

8-12# line should work fine & a spinnerbait is pretty easy to use .
It’s always better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6

If I am solely after large bass I put on a large lizard or 10 inch worm and go to flipping grass, bridge pilings, cattails, etc.
