Perrego Wins Bass Fishing League Event on Table Rock Lake

 

WHAT : Boater Jason Perrego, Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., caught a 10-bass limit weighing 27 pounds, 11 ounces Sept. 25-26 to win $7,400 in the Bass Fishing League Ozark Division tournament on Table Rock Lake. Perrego was fishing by the dam near flooded brush with a JaRod Jig and horny toad creature bait to catch his limits.

WHAT : Keith Sebastian of Rogersville, Mo., caught six-bass weighing 14 pounds, 12 ounces Sept. 25-26 to win $2,200 in the Co-angler Division. He was fishing the river with jigs around docks and shallow brush.

NOTES: All five events in the Ozark Division are complete and the top 40 boaters and 40 co-anglers based on point standings in the division have now qualified for the Regional Championship scheduled for Oct. 14-16 on Lake Texoma in Denison, Texas. Boaters will compete for a top award of a Ranger 198VX with a 200-horsepower Evinrude or Yamaha outboard and a Chevy pick-up, while co-anglers will fish for a new Ranger 198VX.
