was at the bass-a-thon ( bass tackle show ) and abu garcia (pure fishing ) was there and offering 2009 model revos for a discounted price and if you bought a reel , you would get a free vendetta rod !!!! needless to say , i wish i had brought alot more money than i did ( bought a few swimbaits ( I HAD TO HAVE , LOL , Cheesy

) i would have gotten a few more SX's and that would have been nice to get those rods , pretty good stuff , those rods .... Wink

I checked out the Bassathon show at Anglers in Anaheim, I went to the Pure Fishing booth and picked up the new 2010 Revo SX and got the free rod! I ended up taking back a Vendetta rod that I bought earlier, so in the end I actually ended up paying less that $100 for a brand new 2010 Revo SX! How awesome is that!? And not to mention there is the deal for a free pair of Wiley X sunglasses that im gonna redeem and try to sell to make my total expense lower or at best break even!

did you go sat. ??? i think i saw you there . that was a pretty awesome show , talking to Scott Martin and Greg Hackney was pretty cool , i must have talked to both of them for two hours or more . those guys are first-class fisherman , i learned alot from them . i can't wait for next year !!!!!!!! Cheesy

Yeah, I was there on sat with my girlfriend(if you saw me with a cute redhead then that was me), thats when I heard about the deal. I went back on sunday to buy the reel and and get the rod. I had to special order it though cuz they only had RH's I wanted a Lefty. And yeah, It was an awesome show. That was my first tackle show ever. I have only been fishing for a year now.
