This was caught by Jeff DeMar of Sunrise Florida on 6-pound test using a Bill Dance topwater popper. It weighed 4-pounds 11-ounces and was caught on April 14th 2003 in a lake behind his house.
This is Jeff Strimel of Dallas, Texas with a 13-pound 4-ounce largemouth. This fish was shaped like a torpedo. She was thinner than most fish of her weight, but was 26 1/2 inches long.
