  1. Thats perfect for you, cuz u don't drink u just sniff the beer and pass out... We have been spending all this time at montys listening this, its wearing off on us. Current artist: eric church jason boland CCR Older artists: waylan jenning merle There are a bunch of others but im usually toast by the time I listen to them and i can never remember their names
  2. It should do just fine, I work on these things for a living. Make sure you do use the tow/haul button b/c if you don't u will eat up the transmission. Braking will probably be the only issue, i dunno if ur trailer has trailer brakes but they help out quite a bit and its nothing to install a trailer brake kit
  3. Yep me and jay should be there, with the boat, i'll be out of college making the big bucks. It will be a long drive but it should be worth it
  4. Just an update, we have the console wiring pretty much figured out. We have the front and middle decks cut and sealed, just waiting to do carpet. Well the bad news... pretty much we need a new tilt tube and cable, we have beat the crap out of it and it has moved maybe a 1/2 inch. About the only thing really holding us back on this boat is the fact that were both in college and away from the boat and are usually broke.
  5. That looks alot like mine and jays, ours is an 88 pro 17 with the 45 horse merc
  6. Over time the wire will deteriorate, i would ohm check your wires and see how much resistance you have. I would also load test your wires if you don't have any resistance.
  7. We're used to chocolate milk though, now these oklahoma guys aren't so much...
  8. Hey, if anyone out there has any good information about this lake let me know. Jay and i have a bfl there in 2 weeks, I didn't know if anyone else was fishing it also, i would like to do some prefishing from a boat, but if not then thats fine. As of right now i know the lake is super high, so we'll see what happens
  9. I use tiki sticks, i think they work best for the money and feel. I also picked up some no name brand at a fishing expo and i got a good deal, they feel great and smell delicious.
  10. i have 3 plastic rubbermaid boxs that i paid 1 dollar a piece for, they go into a floating bps duffle bag. I also keep them in the original package
  11. looks like me and nuc will be in wichita, trying to get our boat finished up
  12. If its even close to warm its flip flops, till i get in to the boat and then they come off immediatly then usually my shirt.... not pretty but comfortable... ask nuclearpenguin he has seen this sight
  13. well if you get one for the front don't mess with buying a trolling motor mount. I just used a huge hoseclamp to mount my transducer with the equipment they gave with the finder. Works great, not worried about it coming off because i know its not going anywhere. It ended up saving me about 30 bucks
  14. DANG.... Ok if weather is going to be that cold then ya we should reschedule, the weather wasn't bothering me at all. Until last night down here in okmulgee we got couple of inches of snow
  15. I just bought a yellow waterproof floating duffle bag from bps, took my individual holders and put in there. I organized my plastics into three rubbermaid boxes that are in that bag. It weighs atleast 30 pounds

  20. well im going to be making the trip to bass pro in broken arrow, ok. Watch the pros since i have nothing else to do tomorrow, and buy stuff with the gift cards my gracious g/f gave me
  21. I was fishing with some retired guys for crappie this winter, they used a spark plug bent the end in, and put a swivel on it. It worked everytime, pretty much the weight of the plug knocks the lure loose, i have one in my tacklebox now
  22. Ok guys, who all is coming? If you are eating with us at the lake what are you bringing? We need to get an idea of who is going to be there etc.
