  1. Does this mean the Little Creeper version is a good bait for working slowly? That is exactly what I am looking for.
  2. Yea, that could be a nightmare. If I reach for anyone this year, it may be Prado...simply because he is eligible at SS.
  3. If you have the funds, do it; it really is a special reel. I use one for finesse plastics/jigs, and one for small moving baits.
  4. No sweat Buddy. Yea, it is an amazing stick. It was origianlly my dedicated t-rigged Roboworm combo, until I fished the Baby Rage Craw; now I have a Baby Craw, tungsten bullet weight, and sometimes a force bead tied on at all times. The Chronarch Mg last apperaed in the BPS catalog in 2008.
  5. It would balance well with the 803. As much as I love my Cumulus 7'1", it is a just a little tip-heavy with my Core 51.
  6. Beautiful photo. Beautiful dog.
  7. Has anyone heard anything about Bautista, as far as his health is concerned? Is he 100% from the wrist injury from last year? For those playing fantasy baseball, who are you reaching for come draft day?
  8. Haren definitley is, though he is up a few MPH from last year. Ha! I guess he just had another setback as well. I couldn't agree more.
  9. Who does everyone have on their bounce back list? I am hoping to pick up Hosmer on the cheap...maybe Haren and Ike Davis too.
  10. It's that time of year again: the smells, the sounds, and fat guys eating brats like there is an imminent pork shortage. Let's hear your predictions, fantasy talk, hot stove, etc. Play ball!
  11. I hope the insurance crap works out for you; it can be beyond frustrating, and really take a toll. God bless buddy.
  12. Looks good. I am keeping a close eye on Howard. We haven't set a draft date yet, but I am pushing for as late as possible. Last year we drafted crazy early, and on cue a bunch of closers went down in spring training. Do'h!
  13. I've been a pretty good boy. Last year I broke my beloved brown LES70MLF, so I plan on using St Croix's service plan to upgrade to the same model in the Legend Xtreme line. Besides this coming purchase, I haven't bought a rod or reel since last fall. To be honest, i have spent more on candles than tackle this winter.
  14. I generally use it for shallow-med balsa and plastic baits. It does a fine job of handling these lures, as it is a pretty soft fishing rod. It does have some backbone, so it's not a buggy whip, though it wouldn't be the first stick I grabbed if fishing around cover...it's much more suited for open water. I am eventually going to replace this stick, the only reason being I prefer full grips for cranking. I hope this helps.
  15. The Roboworm 4.5" ST FX worm in Summer Shad is awesome:
  16. It's funny you posted that. I purchased the LTB Finesse Jig stick this past year, and currently have it teamed with a Calcutta TE 101GT.
  17. Any gold (Conquest comes to mind) or orange reel, matched on the brown Legend Elites look fantastic. A Sol spinner on a Fenwick Elite Tech walleye stick is really nice as well. The Zillion Type R on a Steez Compile-X looks pretty sweet. The original Fuego/Fuego combo is slick. I will soon be matching a Certate 2500 on a new Legend Xtreme 7'ML.
  18. Thanks. It is a sweet stick. I usually have either a grub or shakey head tied on.
  19. Here's a few random shots from an afternoon last year: Left to Right: St Croix LEC68MXF/Curado 51E; G Loomis NRX 802C/PX 68L; Shimano Cumulus 7'1"MH/Core 51; Kistler LTA 7'M/Shimano Conquest 101; Loomis BCR852C/TD-Z 103ML
  20. I think she's trash. When she broke into the larger racing circuits, she insisted she would never use her sexuality to promote her career or image...then she made countless GoDaddy commercials. She's a spoiled brat who has made a career of throwing her team under the bus.
  21. I used to play a ton of disc golf. In college I even got a few credits for it...we actually had a written final. You know you've signed up for a cool course when you can smoke a cigarette during the final. Lol.
  22. The domestic model needs to be taken apart some to adjust the pins, where the import's braking system is much more accessible. Also, I believe there is a 100 size platform on the JDM, where there is not on the domestic. I'm not at my PC so this is off the top of my head, and to my best recollection.
  23. That's the northern pike pattern. I purchased it a few years back at a Cabela's here in WI.
  24. The Staysee is a different bait than the Pointer. Here's a Pointer 100DD (top) and a Staysee 90SP Ver2:
