  1. They are marketed pretty heavily towards walleye folks.
  2. I have a 7.1:1 on a Kistler LTA 5'9" MH. I primarily use this for large topwater baits, with some jerkbaits and spinnerbaits thrown in as well. I also have a Type R on a Steez 7'1" Compile-X. This is for jigs, skirted grubs, and big worms.
  3. I use both: Senkos: *St. Croix LEC68MXF/Daiwa Sol Flick Shakes: *Loomis CR721 IMX/Daiwa Pixy *Daiwa Fuego 6'9"ML/Fuego 2500
  4. Have you tried the Megabass Pop-X? This is, without a doubt, my favorite popper; I can pop/walk circles around a Rico with a Pop-X.
  5. I do most of my fishing off of our dock, so casting is the norm for me. I T-rig my tubes with a 1/8-1/4oz tungsten bullet weight. These are what I like to use: http://store.ebait.com/merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=isg&Product_Code=MinIntTube&Category_Code=isgbasslures http://store.ebait.com/merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=isg&Product_Code=int4tube&Category_Code=isgbasslures
  6. Just wondering what your top producing colors have been the last several years, while fishing soft plastic ringworms and straight tails for old marble eyes?
  7. What are your intentions for this reel? Plastics and jigs? Cranks? Topwater? Spinnerbaits?
  8. I vote for the Daiwa Sol. It will do what you are looking for, should be within you budget, and has looks to kill.
  9. I'm usually a 5950 guy, be it majors or minors. On the ice I like wearing a stocking cap over my ball cap; I prefer a 3930 here.
  10. I've been curious about the Big Stick as well.
  11. Don't feel bad, I didn't get out of bed until 3:30pm...granted I didn't pass-out until around 6:00am.
  12. No doubt. I think Shimano's head engineer's wife was bangin' a southpaw. I recommend a Calcutta TE 101. 8-)
  13. Very cool! Will you be working on the nextbite site? How did you hear about the job?
  14. It appears that someone drained Matt Ryan's veins, and replaced the ice with country gravy.
  15. Yup...why start a new one?
  16. Yup, same here...anything ending in .97 and .93. 8-)
  17. I stopped by our local Dick's after work today, just to do a little browsing; this turned out to be a good idea. 300 yard spools of Sufix Performance braid are on sale. Prices ranged from $9.98-$11.48. I pretty much cleaned them out. Several Rapalas (DT Fat, Minnow Rap) are between $3.00-$3.50. Rage anacondas, craws, and shads are $1.98. I'm happy.
  18. Did he pass around a tray of sugar cubes? ;D
  19. Didn't he have a few weeks to prepare for NY a few years back...how'd that one turn out?
  20. I hope the fatty with the foot fetish is victorious; I can't freakin' stand the big baby in the hoodie.
  21. Every New Year's Eve, my brother and I dress up in these outfits and bar-hop with our buddies in Milwaukee (I'm on the right):
  22. GB really screwed-up the chance for a couple INT's. Another vote for I can't stand him, but yea, credit due.
