Anyone else hungover today? I really tied one on last night/this morning. I hadn't been out for some time, so my tolerance is quite laughable. The double Beam & cokes and White Russians didn't help.
  2. This section is typically dedicated to critiquing resumes to make them better. It's all trying to help you, if you have thin skin, don't bother. Best comment I've read all day.
  3. Same here. I also use 6/20 and 8/30 Power Pro.
  4. I LOL'd when he dropped the Eazy-E line.
  5. I didn't get that feeling at all. Sometimes things become stagnant. He didn't go for it, he simply talked it over with his gf. The guy is 24, and he has been with the same person since they were children, and they have grown into adults together. They have both matured, and are just beginning to become aware of themselves and what life has to offer. It sounds like he has only seen one reality his whole life, when in fact there are many diverse realities out there for everyone.
  6. Sounds like typical America in 2010, "I don't want to face up to my responsibilities." : Where the hell do you get that?
  7. One of my spinning reels is filled with some very old Power Pro. It's both green and milky white, and I caught my biggest bass of the year last summer finessing a Flick Shake. So I guess my answer is both. ;D
  8. This one is worth a look: http://www.allterraintackle.com/products/grassjig.html
  9. 20 and 30lb Power Pro, with an 8lb 100% fluoro leader.
  10. Chuck Norris doesn't sleep...he waits. When the Boogieman goes to sleep at night, he checks his closet for Chuck Norris.
  11. Sorry I hadnt checked this out earlier. Prado may be a key to my whole fantasy season. I think I have him in all but 1 league I am in. He is solid. Escobar has his moments but is a good value later in the draft at SS. Solid player who should see an increase in RBIs batting lower in the lineup. No sweat. I stole Yunel way late, but missed out on Prado. I'm ticked because he is 1B, 2B, and 3B eligible in Yahoo leagues. Our league expanded a little this year, so to keep a fresh free agent pool, our commish dropped a bench spot or two. I forgot this would shorten our draft a few rounds, and incorrectly targeted Prado. I planned on taking him in round 22 or so...turns out we only had 20. How about Prado tonight Gone Fishin? Ouch! Hanson gets a double ouch! Good thing I slept through the game.
  12. So you would pass on a rod within your price range based on looks alone ? :-? If you were looking for a date, would you pass on a 'cheap date' just because she wasn't a hottie? ;D
  13. I purchased the 6'9"MLXF this past winter. I have not been able to fish this year, so this is just going off of playing with the Fuego in the house. I saddled the previous model Fuego 2500 on the stick, and the combo really did feel dreamy. As snoopy said, very crisp blank. If I remember correctly, lots of backbone too. From what I understand, the graphite used in the blank is the same as that used in the Zillion sticks. Lots of people are more than happy with the sensitivity of their Zillions, so I'm sure the Fuego is plenty sensitive.
  14. I didn't know you moonlight at the hot corner Burley:
  15. http://www.jsonline.com/sports/92827664.html This is news to me.
  16. Nah, Z ain't bad. Depends on your definition of bad. If you don't consider paying your 8th inning guy 18+ mil this year as bad, then I guess all is good in the windy city. ;D
  17. Is this particular scent strong enough to cover the strong plastisol scent of some plastic swimbaits?
  18. Have you fished the Flat Tire Tube by chance?
  19. Great post Roger. I am going to give those a good workout this year Raul. Matt included them, along with other goodies, in my last order.
  20. Something hand-poured, so it's soft and will impart a nice fluid action. These are on my list: http://www.***.com/Roboworm_Kickin_Craw/descpage-RWKC.html
  21. I'd T-rig the heck outta them. Looks like they can be flipped/pitched, or buzzed over pads, or used with a skirtless jig...oorrrrr perhaps used on a mop jig for a freakin' HUGE presentation.
  22. Heck, our season doesn't open until Saturday. :'(
  23. St Croix's muskie rods are worth a look. Their MH ski sticks would fit the bill. They have nice long handles, heavy duty components, etc.
