  1. thanks everyone. a lot of the fish thatr come out of this lake are very silvery green because there is no vegetation on the bottom. its almost all sand. its like the bahamas. heres one i caught a while back there. almost no color.
  2. u dont eat stripper? i love when my buddy goes on an outing for them because he doesnt like to eat ny fish and u cant buy striper in NJ. its like a forbidden dish unless u catch one yourself. check out the one he caught in the "other species" section.
  3. i9 wish we had a few lakes with those bad boys in them. here on the shore of south jersey we wait for them to "run". so we know there there and they are everywhere.
  4. thanks, thats me actually holding the beast. i am windblown from a long day on barnegat bay. i should explain the subject spelling, it is a reference to a song by t-pain, i reallyt dont like r&b but i sing it when striper fishing for good luck.
  5. wish i had some more, i usually bring my friends there and they catch all the good ones, i am ore of a "guide" on this lake.
  6. the post by mackie got me thinking i should post a few of the pics of fish caught at a private lake i frequent down here in south jersey. as usual all the larger ones from other outings on the lake never made it to the lens of my camera, but heres a few that did.
  7. heres a solid one my buddy caught in barnegat bay the other day on a live mullet. don'yt know the weught but sure am happy he doesnt like to eat fish, yummy.
