Dwight, I have known you for a long time now, going back to the old Florida Bass Network now defunct. I was Big g on that site. I have a friend Bruce Campbell that is a regular on the Stick Marsh and Head Waters. It is always a treat to see your responses on the site and your wisdom shared. God bless!
George I thought you thought you knew me. But my old brain doesn't remember you. The only bass forum I closely follow is Bass Resource. I'm not familiar with Florida Bass Network. I post on *** boards occasionally, Walleye Central & TackleTour. The name Bruce Campbell from Stickmarsh sounds familiar. Back before Hugh Crumpler died I fished with him on Stickmarsh for about 5-7 years. Does Bruce Campbell guide on Stickmarsh? I have only been fishing seriously for bass for about the last 20 years. I fished Erie for smallies for 11 years before moving to FL permanently 2.5 years ago. Before that we were winter snowbirds for about 15 or so years. Thanks for the kind words I enjoy reading your posts as well. Lots of good guys on this site. Maybe we can meet up & fish in the future. I don't own a boat down here so my boat time is limited to buddies with boats or when someone wants to fish with a guide. I have a couple of buddies that like to shiner fish each year when get a they are in FL so we get a guide. That's how I met Hugh Crumpler. I grew up in Ohio & spent most of my fishing time doing Canadian trips with friends chasing musky, walleye, pike & lake trout. When my wife & I retired we built a new home in Erie PA so I could fish for smallies. I joined Bass Resource a couple years after moving to PA.
