Do they ever have big tournys in MN?

The one here in Coon Rapids is kind of lame. Its turning into more of a clothing store. It had like 2 isles of fishing. Im going to wait till summer and try again because they had mostly ice fishing stuff.

I havent been there yet (but Musky Innovations invited me there this year to go musky fishing!!!) what do you plan on fishing for? I can look at a map of it and find some good places for you.

I just get small jigs with grums or worms and fish them. Then get another rod and hook the shiner onto it and cast out. I dont do it much, but it works everytime. We caught a big 30 incher doing this at my buddies cabin.

Create somthing yourself. Like start a small custom bait company. Or make a Junior Bass Club logo on a shirt.

Hmm. Never heard of it. Where is it in MN? If you could try getting to like Forest Lake, Ham Lake, Lake Chisago. All these are great for bass.

Really. I didnt think so. Ive caught a 6 pound bass in there and many pikes. We just use chatterbaits or jigs and it works very nice.

Yea. If your near the twin cities stop by Lake Minnetonka or Forest Lake. Up north? Stop at Mantrap. Ham Lake and Coon Lake are good for large bass and nice pike.

Ok, this is very hard but: You mow someones lawn to get money. Then go to the baitshop and buy some! I do it all the time!!!
