  1. A-jay- you are shredded! Keep it up. My point on supps was this, they are not needed to make progress and I think the difference is marginal at best and placebo plays a huge role in their effectiveness. I just think people are better off without. What do you take?
  2. back and abs chest and tris off or cario/walk on beach shoulders/traps biceps/legs/abs rest repeat 8x3 when cutting or maintaining 5x5 on big muscles when bulking currently im maintaining. I love being shredded for the summertime. lol!! <---- not that fat anymore. Don't let pic deceive you. lol!!! p.s. I love cardio bunnies also....love em!!!
  3. I'm not sure about you, but I bathe every day at least once. My meat and potatoes are much cleaner than anything in a public restroom. I don't touch anything.
  4. this times 10 Its stupid to be in gym that long unless you are looking at cardio bunnies and running your mouth. 45 minutes to an hour is plenty
  5. You got a little ways to go before you are under 10% but keep up the good work. What kind of split you do? I just hit chest and traps. Feeling massive and time to hit beach. lol!
  6. I laugh at this all the time especially people sipping pre and intra workout drinks. To each their own its not my money. Don't even get me started on fat burners. hahahaha!!!!!
  7. if you have side of abs outline (distinct separation from obliques) unflexed but not center cut down center or across (6 pack) that is probably around 12-14%. Use calipers, underwater, bodpod, or dexa scan. Those online calculators suck as well as scales and hand held devices. I have seen all these checked in a clinical setting. The scan and underwater will be most accurate. For all that read this and lift. PLEASE STOP WASTING MONEY ON SUPPS. You are seriously throwing money in the trash for VERY little to marginal benefit. I might take whey if I'm short on protein for the day that's it. As for prework stuff that makes you an animal. Just take a no doz or too. I have gone from 351 to 175 taking nothing. Good luck to all that lift and are working to improve fitness.
  8. How are you checking body fat? At 8% there is not much more getting everything right. Lol That's shredded and abs showin without flexing. Good work post pics of your friend also if he is still alive at 2% body fat. Pro body builders do not get that low and when they get to their lowest point they don't stay there long as it is very unhealthy and stressful on body
  9. Great work as always, Paul. I'm digging the cap!
  10. Thanks for the kind words, gentleman! I went back out yesterday for a couple hours for a repeat performance, but it was not even close. I caught 5 and lost a big mamma. At least she was nice enough to show herself. I know she is there so I'll be trying to get her fat a55 this weekend. ;D Good luck to everyone. By the looks of this board, its a good spring for a lot of people.
  11. I'll be the first to admit that I am pretty easy to please when it comes to fishing. I love to catch the big girls like everyone else, but dinks can put a smile on my face when there are an abundance of them. Today was just one of those days. I DESTROYED the bass today. I mean DESTROYED ;D I got out on the water around 6:15 today. It was around 70 degrees, light wind, and very overcast. The recipie for success in my book. I stopped counting after 40 bass....no bulls#@!* Most of them were on topwater too. Sure they were almost all a pound or so, but I do not care. It was one of my favorite trips ever. For a while I was getting a hit or a fish on every cast. I did manage one good one though..... 8-) Sure is nice to have a new picture of a nice fish because I am a big fat fatty in all my other pics. ;D
  12. Man, I'd love to live near that lake. Nice work, sir!
  13. I suggest you use your right or you left.
  14. I'd say Dr. Fourbizz and Dr. Burley have suggested the most appropriate treatment, you little puss. ;D Good luck anyways!!!

That is AWESOME!!!! You have made a tremendous accomplishment and do not sell your short!! The hard part is over you just have to keep up the good work. I smoked for 11 years and dipped on and off the last 4. Today is day 21. Yes it is miserable. I broke a sink, my toe, and said more profanities in my entire life...combined. I feel a lot better and sure do not miss hacking up crap the first 30 minutes I'm awake. Its all about behavior modification. I can tell by your posts you are of some intelligence. I really had to psychoanalyze my behavior and confront my addiction to remain successful. Congratulations, sir! Something that has been very helpful for me is to track my days on a whiteboard. Everyday I write in big numbers how many days it has been and I see it everytime I enter my bedroom. I made it this far, the last thing I want to do is start that count over. There is no such thing as just one dip or just one smoke. Trust me, I tried quiting dozens of times.
  16. If I ever caught a bass that big, I would have to change my drawers.
  17. Sounds like you and I have the same problem. I know that I will have to be mindful of this for the rest of my life. Changing my eating habits and starting to workout have been the best choices I have ever made. I am within 7-8 lbs of where I want to be. Than, I would like to bulk 10-15 lbs at most. Guys that get freakishly huge almost always look like crap when they stop. A few older guys in my gym used to be massive, but gravity has taken its toll. I would rather just be lean and have a nice athletic build. With that being said.... I certainly admire the hardwork, dedication, and knowledge it takes to get that big.
  18. I guess the Saints can take a rest. The Packers are now my least favorite team. > We definately got outplayed. The packers did awesome and I hope they make it to and beat the Jets in the Superbowl.
  19. I have one that is probably 17 years old. I landed a 9# bonita on it in 100' of water. To this day, it is the best fight of my life. It is still in good shape and I like to throw topwater with it from time to time.
  20. That is a beauty!
