i used some of the anacondas and they didnt work properly for me. but i found out it was because my friend had ripped the tail a bit. but i really like the chunk and the space monkeys

I've recently bought a ton of x-raps and i like the xr-8 model along with the x-rap shallow. but thats only because i dont fish waters that a very deep. but the colors that have worked best for me are Ghost, purple gold, moss back shiner, perch, silver blue and blue back. they're really just amazing lures. i love how versatile they are. because you can burn them, slow roll, jerk it, walk it, you name it, it'll probably work.

i have some crankbaits that i dont really want anymore. Ive found some of them and some of them are just old and i was wondering what you all do with old crankbaits you dont use or want any anymore.

I'm talking about spawn season of course. today was a really just extremely nice day temps in the upper 50's so my buddy and i went out and fished our newly opened Rapala X-raps and this was the turn out, and this is only a taste of whats to come these fish dont look as big as they are because my phone camera is horrible but two of them were a little over 14 inches and another one was about a foot and one was over 16 inches.

I'd jig it.

all those pictures are beautiful and remind me of the days when I'd wake up be for the sun, and my dad and i would go fishing. I can't wait for her to get here, I have a feeling this year is going to be a year to remember.

Lately it has been pretty nice here in Louisville and I've gone out fishing to a local pond that i know for a fact is home to bass but for some reason i can't seem to catch them. So i was wondering if any of ya'll know what bass do during the winter months.

I've had some luck on the Rapala X-raps in blue back, perch and white ghost color.

ummm lets see zoom finesse worms (pumpkin color) with a 2/0 ewg hook and a 1/8 OZ weight. (for t- rigging) any lure rapala. They're good quality and not to expensive. a few of the lures i really like fromt hem are the X-rap: XR-8 the JSR-5 and the Dt flat series.

my dad taught me how to fish when i was about 3 or 4, but i really didn't get involved in fishing like i am now till about April of this year. And ever since then, my dad and I have tried to go fishing every weekend. I've learned a lot from him and from the stories he tells me from when he was my age. A fathers wisdom will stay with you forever, along with the memories you two have shared.

maybe its just me, but I think it may be because anglers has a sort of respect for each other or maybe its the attitude fans have towards the sport. I know in the NFL I personally don't like certain players because i find them to be to cocky. but that's just my personal opinion

to be honest, I've bought many sexy shad lures but for some reason i can't use them because i lose them on cover or something. but ive had the chance to use them and i've caught one channel cat. i'll probably buy more and hopefully this year i'll have better luck with them
