managed to get 1 scum frog,2 terminator spinner, 2 cotton Cordell lipless cranks. And my Daiwa Strikeforce baitcasting combo. Plus my boat reg.

Cant wait for the ice to melt,and get out on the water with it, but i'll keep praticing on my days off.

Jut wanted to thank you guys. For the great info on casting a baitcaster. I got my Daiwa Strikforce combo from cabelas, Spooled it up with some stren super braid, Tied on a walmart special spinnerbait that i bought for a dollar. Went out on this nice winter morning,and praticed. In 2.5hrs i got 3 small backlashes. To bad i can only cast it side arm though.

today 4lb 6oz using shakespeare cirrus rod and reel, spooled with 14lb stren super braid

well was walmart,and picked up some stren super braid 14lb test.

hi guys, i was planning on swapping out my spider wire mono,and going with a braided line . Was planning on using either spider wire Ez braid, or Fireline. Would either of these work good on a spinning reel? Also how much backing should i plan on using?

tried them out again today. Nothing. Fished them fast enough, just so the legs splashed. Did get 1 with a cabelas aqua glow lizard though.

What is the best way to fish these? Sometimes i fish them as a buzzbait,or i'll hop them accross the pads. Bet have had no luck either way

Had a decent morning this morning. Got on the lake at 7 fished till 11. caught 2 just over 2lbs,and 1 acorrding to my berkely scale was 3lbs 7 ounces. All off a berkley powerbait worm elec. blue.

Any idea how long of a drive it is, down from where the paved rd ends, to where it turns into a dirt rd?
