  1. Dont lose all hope! Cool folks gotta outnumber the jerks.
  2. I tried the Chompers jig with a trick worm for the first time this weekend and managed to catch all of my fish on it! Oddly enough, I didnt really shake anything ;D
  3. I've been using the LPT Garlic scent and it seems to help. It definitely kills the plastic smell that some of my lures have and to me that makes it worth it
  4. Good fish! Congrats
  5. Freeloaders suk!!!!
  6. Welcome to the forum!
  7. Thanks for the input everyone. I picked up a small bottle a few weeks ago and so far I really dont see too much benefit but, I was also only applying it once. I also use power pro so I'm hoping Roadwarrior is right ;D Thanks again
  8. Hey all, how often do you apply KVD's line conditioner? I applied it once and so far have gone fishing twice since putting it on. Just wondering when I should apply more. Thanks
  9. Thanks for the info fellas! Much appreciated
  10. I find that a watermelon with some type of flake is the way to go here in Florida. That goes for both senkos and trick worms. Everyone swears by junebug but I haven't had any luck with it yet.
  11. Watermelon red flake senko I'll throw it as long as they keep hittin it ;D
  12. Thanks BTF! I didnt realize Shimano made a saltwater baitcaster until you mentioned it. After a quick search I just saw the Curado 300DSV and it looks pretty nice ;D Same price range too ;D
  13. Thanks everyone! I'll try to catch a few but for now I think SoFlaBassAddict's right on with the craw pattern. Thanks again
  14. Thanks for the info everyone! I'm hoping to replace my castnet soon for those mullet and as far as the shiners go, I think I'll just stick to lures ;D
  15. After using a baitcaster and getting somewhat confident with one, I'm hooked!! I'm now ready to upgrade to a better model but this time I want something I can use in fresh and inshore saltwater. I'm looking to buy either the Revo Toro or the Revo Inshore. I noticed that the Toro is a bit heavier but it does have a higher line capacity. I intend to use braid so I dont think this would be too much of a big deal. Other than that and $40 I dont really see much difference. Which would you pick or would you go with another model? As always, I appreciate the input
  16. IMO, the less hardware you use, the better. I tie knots for all my lures as well as for my leaders. Dont really know how much it would affect the bite though.
  17. x2 I do have lures that would hurt to lose but its more due to money. I tend to chuck lures in some ify places so I lose alot of them, especially jigs ;D
  18. Sounds like a great idea! Count me in ;D
  19. I've had alot of followers but only a couple of takers on the TT. Biggest being 2-lbs tops. I recently picked up the Spro but have yet to throw it.
  20. Tell me exactly where this lake is located and I'll stand guard Seriously though, your best bet would be to call the cops or a wildlife official. Trying to stop them might just get you hurt.
  21. Got a quick question for the South Florida anglers. I went to a local lake this morning here in Miami and happened to find a 3" live crawdad sitting there right on the bank. So of course I grabbed him and used him for bait ;D My question is this. Actually a couple of questions. Are they native to South Florida or was this someones left over bait? Can they be bought at a bait store? If not, any recommendations on how to catch them?? Thanks
