  1. Welcome aboard. I agree with others that fish is dying or is DEAD. I don't even bother with those. Let it die in peace. Chow
  2. I'm in the sportsman stage as I plan my vacations around fishing for 2007 I have made reservations for 4 one week vacations 1 week at Lake Wallenpaupack in northeastern PA and 3 separate weeks at Black Lake, NY as Black Lake is considered NY's premier Largemouth lake I just started exploring this lake in 2006. Getting away from the rat race, catching fish and enjoying nature are my prime directives. Chow
  3. I like the BPS Johnny Morris rods when on sale an excellent rod for the money and they won't break the bank. Chow
  4. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!!!
  5. I found a site that has it. You can get a soft plastics DVD and his sonar DVD for $29.95 plus $7 shipping and handling. www.district78tackle.com/index.html
  6. I own a 17' 2004 Tracker Targa deep V and I went with the larger 90hp up from the standard 50hp as it was a power up savings deal. I would opt. for the larger motor rather then the standard 25hp if I was you the 50hp ELPTO with the $500 power up savings is the way to go. That boat is somewhat under powered with the 25hp motor and after a while you will learn just how much it is. Just my thoughts if I was buying it. Chow
  7. I thought I made it clear that Clunn's record was hard to beat But KVD's accomplishments are a whole lot more recent and I thought that was the question at hand for the present. After all your the one whom tried to correct me on KVD although I did ask for corrections if I was erroneous they should come as accurate ones. No hard feelings I hope. Chow
  8. In PA the fishing year is the Calendar year Jan. to Jan. My local baitshop didn't receive their allocation yet. I noticed that when I got a NY license that their's runs like from Oct. to Oct. I don't do any ice fishing so I can wait a few months. Chow
  9. *** Has KVD at $2.1millon and as the all time money winner. Denny won at Champlain and at that time was top gun but KVD must have passed him. The search I did had Denny at $2.08millon which means KVD has Denny by $20,000. As of December 05, 2006. Chow
  10. Am I missing something? Let's see if I got this right. KVD 2 Classic wins and 3 AOY wins and 2 Elite 50 wins, 2 Elite 50 championships, Top money winner in B.A.S.S. and 1 FLW AOY talk about a present all around Angler. Clunn's record of 4 Classics and all his accomplishments are hard to beat but KVD is ranked #1 in the world in a time were competition is tougher. IKE 1 Classic win, 1 Tour win and 1 AOY win can hardly match KVD's accomplishments and as far as keeping his cool well.... we all know about IKE's antics on the water. Feel free to make any corrections or additions that I may have missed. My vote goes to KVD. Chow
  11. Hey Raul, Where did you get those? They sure look neat and I would like to have a few of them. Chow
  12. I too have a need for high end lures. I have purchased lures on Ebay that are only available in Japan and colors of U.S. baits that are only available in Japan, Jackall Bros., LC, Evergreen just to name a few. You are not alone. 8-) Chow
  13. I have some and when on sale are a great rod for the money. I also have and used the Bionic Blade and Johnny Morris rods also good rods for the money when on sale. Chow

I have used the 2 peice Bib and Parka Frogg Toggs for 4yrs but only used them when it's raining and have no porblems with them. They do feel a little different and to this day after numerus washing still feel stiff and somewhat like tissue paper. Rain has never soaked through and mine are uninsulated. I have never had anything else so I can't compare them to anything. Chow
  15. I purchased some Caps and T-Shirts sometime ago on a previous 50% off sale. Really good stuff. Chow
  16. That's neat although it lookes like the frog went limp and stopped moving so my guess is it's frog legs as an appetizer. LOL!!!!! Chow

I believe Terminator made some soft plastics called Snap-Back with material that was similar and stretched like the 3X. Terminator has a closeout on those baits. Chow
  18. Thank You Natural for the reply. Chow
  19. I going to say due to the lack of reponses on this subject that the 130 is a lure that isn't widely used. Chow
  20. Thank you RW, Yes I didn't get a lot of responses on the 128 also didn't get a lot of responses on the Flashminnow 130 as well so using the 130 is an option for big fish as well. Chow
  21. Thanks guys, I get a few for this spring's thaw. Chow
  22. Excellent deal RW, You can do a TV show and give the forum some exposure. Chow
  23. Merry Christmas and welcome to the forum.
