Spro Eyes?
For those that have repainted Little Johns, are you just removing the stock eye and then inserting it back? Or is there a place that sells replacement eyes to use for baits like Spro's Little Johns? Thanks

Lucky Craft Rick Clunn 1.5 series?
The RC1.5 is the best shallow runner on the market. Watch the classifieds on forums and you'll find a deal on some, you just have to be quick. I will never pay more than $10 for them anymore because of this.

Couple of Customs
Here's some basic patterns that I figured I'd post. I tried using a new camera for these pictures to see if I could get closer shots. The first pattern was a pain to paint. Wild Bream - - - Deadly Blue W/ Chart. Bellies - - - Cherry Limeade
-
Blue gills (kind of)
This is no doubt my favorite batch Marty, great work.

Lucky Craft style
Nice paint job, but I really like the lure it's on.

Careless Mistake
I was in the shop getting ready to paint some cranks this evening, picked up the airbrush to reassemble it only for it to slip out of my hands and hit the floor. Bent the back inwards and the front tip closed up as well. Going to order a new Iwata HP-BS to replace this one later tonight. Ya'll be careful with these things :-/

Natural Pumpkinseed
Shimmy, I really appreciate the comment. This pattern was a pain to learn and took a lot of time and disappointment. Posts like yours are what keep me trying harder, thanks again Edit*- Dave, thanks. The dots were painted on using a brush, extremely time consuming but it was what I was aiming for.

Natural Pumpkinseed
I've been playing around with this pattern for a while now and have been satisfied with it. Figured I'd post it up, ya'll let me know what you think.

Another Bluegill, with better scales and paint
Real nice swimbait Ben. What I really like about it is the light pink coloring on the body. I started using a soft flesh color on mine like you did and it does gives it a more natural look.

Small batch (flat sides)
Favorite would have to be the one in the third picture. Nice work

Finally painted my bigM cranks

Sexy Bluetreuse and Some Others
Been somewhat busy lately but finally found the time to paint more. Couple of old ones and a new pattern called Sexy Bluetreuse.

A few more cranks
The foiled shad with the deep red throat is my favorite out of this batch. Again, nice work
-
Bluegill!
Keep at it, it seems like each bait you post is getting even better than the previous.

This week's batch
Don't think I've seen the red/white pattern yet, looks good.

Paint Bottle Organization
I've been trying to figure out a good way to organize my airbrush paints. Right now I have them sitting in a cabinet on a couple of shelves. Does anyone has a special way of storing them, such as a rack or stand you've made?

Pickerel in MS? Apparentely
I've caught them down here in the rivers along the coast as well. Guess they're more spread out than I realized.

Need Some Guidance
I'm 19 and am not too far into junior college. I'm about to register for my Spring classes and am feeling like it's just not for me. I've been struggling this past couple of months with staying motivated enough to keep my grades good and would like to just drop out. At this point, if I stay dedicated with work I could have the chance to make a good enough living in a couple of years to keep me satisfied. I have already made up my mind on dropping out, but could use some guidance. My questions is, what would be the best way to go about telling my parents? I'm ready to pay them back for the money that they've spent for my first semester. For those parents who have older children, what kind of approach would you want them to take if they were going to tell you they were finished? I appreciate any comments and suggestions.

Mixed Fat and Thin
Real nice, I like the blue coloration on the second bait.
