  2. have had no luck there, the only thing I might try is top water around the slightly sumerged grass and flip the thick stuff, key in where there are multiple types of grass

  6. Peter T, I know him personally and am friends with his son, he is prob. the nicest person I've ever met and will do any thing to help you catch more fish or just do any thing you need for you. I also like Alton Jones, kenyon hill and Casey ashley. I wish I could say I like Ike and I dont not like him but the screeming and all is a little annoying for me.
  7. I dont know where you are or any of that but if you are in jacksonville go to Strikezone fishing buy bitters better baits junebug blue tail curly tails other wise junebug or red shad or black ruby
  8. they probly wont, they will prob. be bedding on the burms, but it is hard to find they.
  9. in rodman u will catch 8 -20 fish texas rigging the stump field, but you will catcha lot of jacks. ive never been to taliquin. but you have a good chance to catch some good fish at rodman, Im on spring break next week also and will prob. be there.
  10. it is possible in some small lakes they simply are not there or at least not many.
  11. also to get better very quickly consider joining a bass fishing club.
  12. im from jacksonville and fish the area a lot, if I were you I would start simple! watermelon, watermelon red, junebug, and black and blue in sencos, trick worms and flukes. also I would try 1/4 oz. rattle traps in gold and silver. other good Ideas are spinner baits and small crankbaits(bandits). Find grass and fish slow! commonly the slower you fish the better your chances. if you want to go a little easier you could also use shinners, but if you do PLEASE use circle hooks. if you have any questions feel free to PM me. hope this helps.

  16. like mistake, chartuce and black back, and perch love them all, caught 4 5pds in the last month on chartuce and black back.

  18. i dont beleive that it imates any thing it simply is flashy and visable and that is why typically its a fast moving reaction bait.
  19. in florida most jr clubs went to FLW and really it is ok I liked it more when we were in BASS every thing seemed a little easier. but neither were great niether was terrible.

  22. i caught 2 8-8 one on a bandit 100 perch color ans on pitching a junebug blue trekworm with 1/32 oz weight.
  23. according to Florida Bass Federatration an FLW organization each partner should have half the day in the front of the boat. this should be desided before fishing begins.
  24. I dont know a bout on the beds, but try the powerlines area they could be bedding there. I would texas rig the stump field, we had a tx won doing that a couple weeks ago. also try fishing the old river channel.
