  1. shoot yea, thats a great deal!!! 30 packs a punch for its small size. it will have no problem pushing a 12ft jon around 50 acres. glad that ya found a good deal!!
  2. yea russ, i have to agree with buzzbaitfool12, the guys with 3 tm's on the back of the boat always blow by everyone else. bassmasta, im 16 to and have a boat. when you get those trollin motors rigged up, why dont you fish some tournaments with us! www.highvoltagebassanglers.com its an all electric tourny trail with lakes all in the metro atlanta area. it would be awesome to have another kid there. im the youngest there by probably 15 years. also, i am lookin for someone to fish the tournies with me this year. if your interested in fishin some with me, drop me a pm. i push my boat with 3 55's. two hand coltrolled motors in the back, and a foot control in the front. how big is your boat, width etc?? Ryan
  3. im going with a technique nobody has said 1) shaky head rig (jighead/worm) 2) shaking on slack line 3) 12ft 4) main lake points 5) pea gravel insinct
  4. hey greg!! looks like your heading in the right track bud. glad to see someone who is alot younger than me pushing so hard in fishing and managing to still do good in school. that is something i have had trouble with. i am starting my own hand poured bait company pretty soon, and i cant say i will give you a full blown sponsorship, but i would love to send you some free baits and maybe some shirts and decals. all you gotta do is tell me how the baits work. dont even worry about promoting the product. if u want to, feel free, but dont feel obligated to. what are your favorite soft plastic colors. i will send you senkos and trick worms. keep poundin at that goal bud and tight lines!!
  5. 14.7lbs. 28in length, 22.5girth on a bps incredible craw watermelon/chart claws on 1/16thoz tru-tungsten weight and 1/0 gammy wide gap on 8lb p-line
  6. the second you realized what the bait monkey was, he is now with you. you have no choice but to buy and buy and buy. i am terribly sorry
  7. hey mattfly, what is a slushbait?? just wonderin?
  8. i would want a beenie!! shoot me a pm when available
  9. my other suggestion ryan, is take the thing about your personal pb bass off. a 4lber isnt going to blow anyone away, and besides, sponsors could care less about how your freinds bought some baits becasue you caught a 4lber
  10. dude, this is stupid. ryan, your 15, and there is no way you can get a real sponsor. i dont have a real sponsor. a sponsor has you do fishin events, finance your tournaments, give you a couple thousand dollars worth of product. tru-tungsten is giving me about 2000 dollars worth of product, but no money, and no show booths or anything. bandit and spike-it are giving you "endorsment" deals. practice your skills, and also, gather "unique" ways to promote, and them make one kick a$$ resume in a few years. you are wasting your time, and you are wasting yourself. they will use u to take advantage of you.
  11. del-mart.com all the way!! there product is very high quality.
  12. looks good man, but no one is gonna sponsor becasue your 15!! lol, sorry to be so harsh, but at this age the sponsors have to come to you by a hookup or something. dont let esox rods or vertical jigs sponsor you, because it aint a sponsor, they just turn you into a walking advertisment if you pay them about 500 dollars!!! concentrate on your skills right now, and then in about 5 years look for sponsors.
  13. my absolute, catch a fish when nothing else will is: 1/8oz. reaction innovations screwed up jighead with a black zoom finesse worm quantum icon 20 spinning reel fenwick venture 6'4" medium power spinning rod 8lb. p-line florocarbon line cast the worm out, and jiggle the worm for a few seconds on slack line, using the rod tip for the action, not your wrists, and letting it sit. this will catch fish always
  14. dont sweat it man. my friend broke both his wrists and one of his forarms at the same time. he fished perfectly, you will get used to it fast. the only downside is, u cant wash your cast, so you'll smell like fish all the time. sorry to hear about that
  15. senko_77 replied to FlyRod's topic in Bass Clubs
    Thats awesome!
  16. eagle fish easy 320c, it is the most affordable color depthfinder on the planet
  17. sorry, *shadmaster*
  18. pondmaster, how do you fish a pond 8 nights a week??? :o :o
  19. seriously dude. it is next to impossible to get a sponsor at this age. I have a very mild sponsorship with tru-tungsten. they will send me stuff, but not that much. there is no financial support from them, and the only reason they "sponsored" me was a pro fisherman i am freinds with that was doing a job for there display booth, put in a good word for me and showed them the huge fish i caught, and i just got lucky. They are waiting till i turn 18 to start the big stuff. my recomendations are 1) learn to spell "I" 2) concentrate on fishing skills for the next few years 3) do things that will help your resume be more attractive 4) practice public speaking, and ways of promoting small things, so you get comfortable talking to a crowd but please please please dont spell I eye anymore. it is so freakin annoying
  20. man, you must have alot of companies making you offers with that resume. i am starting my own company pretty soon, and you are one of my top canidates for prostaff!!!!
  21. i dont think bass are smart, i just think there conditioned. not to lures but to there food. its like a child, at 3 or 4 we would eat everything, because we havent been exposed to food that long, but, now, you dont see adults going around underneath the sink, drinking the cleaning stuff, or putting there hand on a hot stove. when a bass is that big, it probably been alive for over 10 years, so, there experience of the food they eat is much higher than a small bass, that makes it easier for them detect a flaw in your lure. the reason those guys are catching those lunks in cali, is because those lures look so real. you could almost mistake one for the real thing.
