I love power pro and have never had a problem with it. For that reason i will not change. I get all rapala lures (rapala, terminator, suffix, storm, vmc and more) at pro staff pricing and i like power pro so much that i pay retail for it instead of buying suffix braid at cost. Its streghths far out weight its weaknesses for me. Hopefully you find one that suits your needs and likes. That said next time you have had problems with a product try asking a question about it and not saying that it is simply TERRIBLE. You will see that you will have better and more intelligent answers with a question that is well stated and asked than with a statement insulting a product that is used and loved by many people.

Dont look at gear ratio look at IPT ( inches per turn ). IPT gives you the real story on a given reel.

Use crazy glue to keep them on your shaky head OR use a pin to put a hole in the tip and then pass it on the jig. I use crazy glue. those worms last for ever!!! Coppertreuse is the best color

I palmed them both the other day and i liked the way the core felt a little bit better due to weight and overall size but the calais felt crazy smooth casting a xrap.

Cumara 6'8 MH x-fast... I fish tubes ALOT and that is a killer tube rod. For spinning i use a 6'8 M fast cumara. Amazing sensitivity and really lite not to mention the best warranty on the market

Yeah the weight factor is definetly pushing me towards the core

I used a E5 last year which is a 5.0 21ipt and I found it WAY too slow. This year I am replacing it with a Core 50 28ipt or a Calais 100 24ipt. But probably the core because being too slow SUCKS. I'b rather have to slow down that speed up!!!
