Re: Tube, Tube, Tube.
I fish alot of tubes and i use a medium fast 6'8 cumara spinning with a sustain 2500..... 20lb power pro with a 10lb seaguar invisx leader.... I love this setup.... It kills !!!!!! As for tubes i use coffee tubes and *** tubes.... The *** are the most durable i ever used

Tru-Tungsten Swimbait
The 4" in my opinion is a great bait. everyone says its too small but on my lake it rips. My brothers top 3 lmb this summer were caught on it. between 4.2 and 4.11. Whats good is that you catch small and big. If your looking to eliminate the smaller fish than maybe its too small but if you wanna catch fish all day long its awesome. Also some people say they fall apart but our experience is that they are tough as nails.

Carolina Rigs

Nitro 189
I looked at the nitro 189 and the ranger reata 186. I ended up with the ranger and i love it. Its amazing. Another guy that i met on my lake has a 189 and its a good boat but the reata 186 is a awesome boat. Plus you can put 7' rods in the locker.

Spro BBZ-1 Shad or Tru Tungsten Trulife 4" swimbait
Its crazy how sometimes some baits work for some and not for others. Like i said before the tt swimbaits worked great up here. After reading the reviews on this website me and my brother hit up *** and have since used it everytime we go fishing. This thing is a producer for us. I agree that it is small but..... its hard to complain when we caught alot of nice 4+lb fish on it. I cant wait for the 5" to come out i will definetly order a couple. As for the spro i will probably pick one up eventually but theres no rush.

Rage Tail Tubes
All tubes that are on the market right now are very similar... I just thought that if Big O can come out with amazing baits like he has that he could surely take a tube and make something crazy out of it. Imagine a tube with little Rage tenticles.... just a thought

Spro BBZ-1 Shad or Tru Tungsten Trulife 4" swimbait

Rage Tail Tubes

Question about the new Core Mg50
I would hope that everyone who is participating in this thread and that is commentating on the shimano Core actually uses it or has atleast tried it. I own a Core, a curado e7 and a curado e5 and as much as i love the curados when i use my core i notice a huge difference. The core is a amazing reel. I have it matched on a cumara and the combo is far greater than any other combo i have ever tried. That said do i think its worth that much more than a curado.... yes, but i do not have 3 of them. Every reel has its place. My curado e7 is used for spinnerbaits and buzzbaits and my curado e5 is used for crankbaits/ treble hooks. My core is used exclusively for soft plastic. This conversation is like the one that was going on not too long ago about stradic vs sustain. I own a sustain and like it alot more than my brothers stradic. Personal preference. And above all this shimano offers the best service of any company i have ever dealt with I wouldnnt trade my core for anything and i think its worth every penny!

Berkley Powerbait Hollow Belly Swim Baits
I love these!!!! My only problem is that a stupid pike torn it off and cut my line taking the one weighted hook that came with the package. If you are using these or a similar swimbait what hooks are you using???
