  1. Nice, dude. I wish I had started to fish when I was younger. Maybe I'd catch some of those biggun now instead of dinks.
  2. Alright, JVM and 420 stole my self praise.
  3. Great fish, Dwight. I just saw one of your post in the other species section and thought, "I wonder how his fall on erie has been." That was literally 3 minutes ago. Great job, as usual. Oh, if his was at 6, what was yours at, and why don't you start a guide service?
  4. If its endorsed by BronzeFly it'll get my buy!! I'm really not in the market for one, but it ryhmed. And I repect your opinion on equipment, BF.
  5. It's on like "fish on!" Conceived from the brutal thread beating Shimmy and LittleHuntingCreek have started I've decided to try to organize a fish off. The Fall 2009 fish offs theme will be "team little bait vs. team big bait". Here is what I am thinking; 1. The event will be formed of two teams, as said. 2. Each team will have the equal amount of people, and must need equal amounts of boats, if needed. 3. There will need to be a clear cut distinction of Lbig baitL and "small bait" and all parties will have to agree. At least the team "captains". I vote Shimmy and LHC to be, as per the bout in the other Potomac thread. All people that want to particpate PM me or post here. The day will be the tricky part, so also include a day that will work for you. Maybe some money involved.......???? EDIT: NO MONEY INVOLVED.
  6. Its a lock I just gave myself credit. Did you just say,"LOLZORS". I don't know which is worse.
  7. Fish off!!!! Team Little Bait Vs. Team Big. Perfect. Someone set up the rules. Pick numbers, or have a sign up and have LHC and Shimmy as captains, and they pick. Haha. Great idea, NewAngler.
  8. nice shootin, captain. Congrats.
  9. Congrats!!

  14. Hey Clyde, Do a search on this section for a post done by The Natural. He just reveiwed the Vendetta's and seemed to like them from his initial post. He also mentioned he bought some to sell, probably on the forum, and probably for a better price than retail. Talk to him, you'll get some great info.
  15. great video. work on your acting a little bit. You should have had the setup shot at 2:50 done a little better. I.e someone holding the fish out of camera shot. haha. nice fish regardless.
  16. Great story, great looking fish. I hope to get out with my dad sometime soon.
  17. What's with all the camera references? :question Seems like you've had a hell of a mont, Tony. Nice pics.
  18. NICE! good job, buddy!
  19. ahhhh cmon Steve dont call me a pro lol, and im told you man sometimes the fish will only hit a slow rolled spinnerbait! I deff prefer it to senko fishing though. Tomorrow I think im going to go explore some ponds I've never fished, see if I cant get em on a jig or spinnerbait Easy, pal. Sometimes that's all they will hit!
  20. I'm not sure. But I have noticed on spinning rods the line guides are slightly different. The first guide is bigger than the first on a baitcast rod. All casting rods I own have a "thumb piece"
  21. It was indeed skunk city. And I passed through backlashville, too. Rough. You guys ever hear of Widewater..? Found it on a map close to me here in stafford. Gonna head out there tomorrow morning around 10
