  1. I use this ducer adapter mount on my bow mount tm. You can get it at Cabela's for $15.
  2. Can't be of any help, but you can check out tinboats.net. Many seasoned tin boat modders there that can help with your entire process. Good luck.
  3. Hello and welcome.
  4. Welcome. This is a great site to get you going and sticking fish. Good luck!
  5. Mine is my truck. Yea, I know...boring.
  6. I've been on a Shimano-bot binge lately. Just got an 201e7 via trade. Used it the last 3 fishing trips and I love it. Also have an '09 Revo PRM, love it as well. Both are easy to palm, smooth, and casts great. Don't overlook the Fuego or Sol. Good luck and have fun with your choice.
  7. Hello and welcome from KS. Happy to hear you're getting the fever again.
  8. I was under the assumption that it does have half speeds. I set the dial to between 2 and 3. Did notice somewhat of an increase from 2, but not has fast as 3. I'm not 100% sure tho...based only on butt dyno.
  9. Never used a MK Edge 40 before, but my MK AT 33 on my 14ft jon and it works fine without the spring feature. I've come across quite a few stumps and rocks, and the shaft is still straight as an '8'....I meant an arrow. I've never hit stumps on while speeds 4 or 5, but from time to time I'll bump into one on speeds 2 or 3, but sustain no damage.
  10. Beautiful brutes!

  13. Feel like I got ripped off. Sold one for $35. Could have gotten buck-fifty for it. :'( To eyedabassman: Thank your bro for the reel. Tell him that he still owes you $150.
  14. I take my Rapala digi scale on grocery trips to weigh my produce and meats ;D
  15. No opinions on the jersey. But go ahead and rock the crocs. I can't afford real crocs, so I got the 'cracs'... ;D
  16. Wow, thanks for the story and pics. How common are bank only tourneys? Just wondering what are some of the rules of those type of tourneys?
  17. Welcome to Bass Resource and back to fishing.
  18. Welcome and nice DD bass.
  19. Welcome to BR.
  20. I agree with Burley. Pro16 is a nice jon boat. For the same price as a new one, you can buy a bigger and better a used rig.
  21. Pork Chop, I'd recommend a 1448 or 1648 jon. Nice wide bottom for stability and higher max weight capacity. I have a 14ft flat john with a 45" width bottom. Large front deck, decked up to the bench. I'd say boat is stable enough to fish standing and cautiously walk around. Of course boat is less stable with 2 bodies in it. I know a 48" bottom width is only 3" wider, but IMO it makes a difference for jon boat stability.
  22. Hello and welcome aboard.
