What size super round jigs do you find work best?

These are one of my favorite soft plastic swimbaits. I also bought them first pre-rigged and had lots of success with them and have bought them unrigged ever since. Rigging them on a sworming hornet is deadly. I would highly recommend these baits.

What are some of the most helpful/interesting articles or books that you have read on bass fishing? I recently found a very old article from Rick Clunn about seasonal patterns and it was very helpful and I'm hoping everyone can share an article or book that has helped them at one point or another.

I was looking at some of the Strike King spinnerbaits but couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I did think the Nichols Pulsator spinnerbait with the Chartreuse blades looked pretty good. Any other suggestions?

I have seen a few different options but was wondering what the most effective Chartreuse Spinnerbait with Chartreuse painted blades is on the market?

I've had luck with a slow steady retrieve and I have jigged them along the bottom, imitating a dying bait fish. Both techniques have caught a lot of fish for me. I really like this bait and believe it is very under-rated.

Not a fan of Z-Man. I have had very bad luck with broken chatterbaits from Z-Man. I bought a bunch of Karu Vibrashocks and have NEVER had a problem and have caught tons of fish on them. Highly recommend them!

Hey everyone, I need some feedback on some rod and reel combinations. I am planning to purchase a casting rod and reel and a spinning rod and reel. I have certain circumstances I am under and therefore have chosen very specific rods and reels and was hoping for any feedback on any of the rods and/or reels I plan on buying. I recently purchased a Wright and McGill Skeet Reese Worm/Spinnerbait Rod and a Bass Pro Shops Pro Qualifier reel. I'm not sure if I'll be using this rod primarily as a spinnerbait rod or a worm rod, but with that being said, what line would everyone recommend? What is everyone's best producing smallmouth plastic? This past season I had the most success with the Yamamoto double tail skirted grub in watermelon black for smallies. What has everyone else had success with?

I had known about the lure prior to it, but yes, that is what reminded me of it. I just ordered the outdoor channel last week. What an absolutely ridiculous show!
