There is a video out there somewhere that I was watching last week that showed some bass in a big tank with some other fish and two teenagers playing around with a hand held laser. They were flashing it into the tank and the fish were trying to eat the light. I don't have any experience using the lures, but it certainly made me wonder after seeing that video.

I contacted Gambler and they have stopped selling them. They directed me to a hardware store in Tampa, FL believe it or not who they thought had some in stock. They only had a few left and I bought whatever they had left. I can't believe they aren't selling these anymore and they will certainly be hard to find but I am sure there are some floating around somewhere.

I may not snag it, but those toothy critters seem to love my expensive baits and I feel that this one might be no different...

Is this lure worth the money? I saw Shaw Grigsby throwing it on his show earlier in the week and was wondering what everyone's thoughts were. Are there better wake baits that are less expensive?

They are on the Gambler Lures website but when you click on the product for more info, only a description comes up. It doesn't allow you to purchase them. I wonder if they have stopped selling them. Anyone know for sure?

Maybe I should reword my question. I am interested in buying a bass fishing net for fishing alone and for tournaments this summer. For those of you who use nets, what brand and/or model would you recommend? Any help would be appreciated.

What net does everyone use and why do you like it (or dislike it)?

I have heard a lot about people who change the hooks on their crankbaits and jerkbaits. The question now becomes, what brand crankbaits and jerkbaits need a hook change?

Anyone else have any experience using this scale? I have been reading reviews that it is not always accurate. Any other opinions?

Does anyone have this digital scale with the culling kit? I see it is on sale on *** and I need to get a new scale for tournament fishing next season. Any information on this scale would be helpful. Thanks!

I recently purchased some Perch Hair Jigs to target smallies and was wondering if anyone has fished these types of jigs and if so, do you use a trailer with hair jigs? If so, what trailers would you suggest?

I would much rather spend $70 on 7 or 8 different quality buzzbaits than to spend money on one ridiculous looking lure like this. It seems to me that this is one of those money-making ideas rather than a true fish-catcher.

Is that the biggest size these come in? I was at Bass Pro Shops last month and was looking for one of these a little bigger than the one pictured, but that was the biggest one they had. Do they make a bigger one, if so, how big is it?

All good lures, but I would much rather see these guys pick their 5 go-to lures period, not the 5 go-to Strike King products just because they sponsor him.

Did anyone else hear about Z-Man and the patent they put on their chatterbaits? Apparently, Karu can't sell the Vibrashock anymore because of it! I'm not sure if that is completely accurate, but Karu has removed them from their website. I sure this isn't the case because the Vibrashock is the best chatterbait on the market in my opinion!

The Live Magic Shad flat out catches fish. I agree that the durability of these plastics isn't great, but the action is unbelievable, and more importantly the fish think so too. I have also had success with a 4" ring fry.

I have only fished this lure twice, and both times was lucky enough to get a small bass while fishing it. However, both times, the rubber legs that are not attached to the hard popper part of this lure fell off the lure when I was bringing in the fish. The lure isn't much good now without the legs. Can you just buy the legs or is the lure pretty much worthless now?

I also use catts method. I have found that you are most often getting reaction strikes and in my experience using poppers, the reaction usually comes shortly after the cast and the first jerk of the rod. Make sure you have your slack in after the cast and pop away.

backwater, what type of big bait jig head does your son use? I went on their website and they have quite a few different 1/16 weighted jig heads. My guess was the ball head? Let me know. Thanks.

Anybody else ever fish with this?

I have had a lot of success over the past few years using the Zoom 6" Lizards in Green or Pumpkin. The largemouth absolutely love them and it's a really fun way to fish!
