You know i dont really mind the chill skiers with the ski boats that stay out in the lake, listen to more relaxing music, or just go out and have fun. We do it once or twice a year with our friends. Noooooow, the stupid wakeboard boats with a bunch of punk 16 to 20 year olds who drive all around you and have no respect, turn their crap music up ONLY when they drive by you or someone else to show off, and think they own the place. Especially on the delta. I dont know why the heck youd wanna do that stuff in the delta, with tons of other boats around, narrower sloughs and channels with debris, pretty dirty water (no idea what kinds of crap is dumped in the delta), and its shallow in a lot of places except for the main channels, but that is where some of the punkiest breed of wakeboarders are

Thanks Ya ive had the waiting part down for the hookset for awhile now. Ill bend the hooks up on them. Ill leave the frog out in the sun for a bit to soften it too

Okay so i was fishing these big ponds friday with my dad and my friend.Picked up a couple on the buzzbait right away, then decided to throw a frog. 2nd or 3rd cast, SKADOOSH!i get a nice chunky fish. Then after that it was just bam bam bam OH MY GOD DID YOU SEE THAT for the next 45 min. And how many did I hook? 0. Through the rest of the day, i had more blowups when i fished the frog, and still no hookups. I was waiting the right amount of time and everything for the hookset,but i just couldnt hook up with them. The fish were completely destroying them too with vicious strikes. How can increase my hookup ratio?

I was camping at Melones from monday to Today. Monday, my friends uncle drove up and we went out from around 12 to 6. We caught around 12,most dinks with a few decent fish. Yesterday, by dad drove up in the morning and me, my friend and my dad went out. Started picking up a few every now and then, it was kinda slow. We were drop shotting and throwing roboworms. Then we started driving around to graph them. That helped us catch quite a few more, but still kinda slow. All the fish so far are kinda dinkish,mostly 11 inch spot clones, besides a few decent fish. But thank god for down and side imaging! We went up river and found a nice shallow flat that dropped off and were graphing a lot of structure and fish. We just started gettin in to them, and the size increased just a bit,but it was freakin fun. Still drop shotting and throwing roboworms,but we even got a little swimbait action. We ended the day with around 40 fish

I also get really PO when youre fishing a stretch of the shore and another boat thinks that 50 yards past you is far enough and they just put the trolling motor down and act like theyre not doing anything wrong.

What are some of your pet peeves?haha some of mine include Cutting the wrong line after tying the knot Letting go of the tag end while tying a knot so you have to restart Forgetting to open your bail on your spinning set up when you go to cast(pretty embarrassing lol) back to back backlashes haha.Doesnt happen often but oooooh when it does lol Having to break off your line and then on the next cast or two you have to break it off again
