  1. Falcon State Park

    The state park is fine. The boat ramp is excellent but the closest town is Falcon Hieghts just south of the park. Not much there. Need a cheap clean place to stay down by the state park call Mike Garza at the 83 Motel and Grocery. Phone number is 956 848-5223. Tell him that his friends from Austin recommended the place. It is $40.00 to $45.00 a night. My club from Austin stays with him everytime we go. Great guy. Its just down the road from the state park.
