  1. So I recently purchased a pack of Storm sunfish as an impulse buy, and was wondering how well they would work fished under a float.. I fish a pond that has pretty thick weeds, and keeping the bait above the weeds is proving to be really difficult. My hope is that I could set the depth to be just above the weed line and be able to reel steadily and therefore fishing an area more efficiently. I know Storm swimbaits are not ultra realistic, but with the murky water I'd like to think they'd give the impression of a slow moving or suspended bluegill/sunfish. Would this be a viable fishing technique, or am I completely off my rocker with this idea?
