9 bass all on strike king 1.5 crank bait, water was 84 degrees, all were caught befor 12 noon fished at hunnington run resv. spotsy co. nothing under 2.0 lbs

yes hunting run sry about that. don't know where I got that's from lol as many times I've been there.

caught 7 Bass - 6 were over 3lbs. 1 about 1 1/2 lbs. all were caught on worm and a swimbait. they all were in grass, biggest was just out in open water.swimbait ones were close to bank in grass. baits were strikeking 10in worm, and sk swimbait. colors were like a plum or (purple) with red flakes.

and do most of you call minnows shad ?cause everyone says throw shad colored baits but we have minnows ( lol ) in the resv"s here. just a thought.

Fredericksburg and only have resvoirs to fish ,boat belongs to bother -in- law so I have no say so when I have tried it, everything seems to be like 3 ft. off bottom but no takers, maby I just need to use it more . tks for help e1

I think it is mostly for smallmouth and we don't have many places in Va. near me that have smallmouth so I think I will give that style up .

went to the ni resv. in spotty only caught 8 , 4 bass around 1 1/2 lbs ea. 2 white pearch or (white bass) and 2 small pike. ALL were caught on strike kings 1.5 crank bait and in the shade.

went to hunnington run resv, only got 4 small bass bluebird sky's .just wouldn't bite lol

Do you use a swivel when fishing with a curlytail wormn to stop line twist ?

Got about 10 bass, 4 white perch, 2 blue gills, largest bass being little over 5lbs , all were in shade. we go on water at 7am fished till 11:30am.most were caught on a strike king 1.5 crank bait. water was 80 degrees, by 11:30 air temp was 90 degrees.it was a good day. did get one on a swimming jig with a denny brauer trailer.

Got around 10 today biggest being around 2, lost 3 that broke my 8 lb. line. all on worms and strike kings kvd 1.4 in green minnow I think was the color. and green pumpkin worms.

Anybody fishing these, if so whats been going on ?

went yesterday 1 small bass ,very windy and cold . caught it at the dam on a 1.5 kvd squarebill.

11 mi.wind in a 16 ft jon boat is no fun. constantly on trollin mortor unless you find a cove. maby tomorrow. good luck to those fishing hope you get some big ones.

lolol was just wondering how they get those riggs to ea. tourney. that's got to be hard on them on the high way all the time.

Like skeet reese wonder do he drive to n.y for one or fly his boat and gear there that's a lot of driving from state to state for tournaments.
