At first I thought I had no chance at this game. I am not really what you call a "book" person, but I think I got this one ...........
  2. That is such BS and is one of my biggest pet peeves. What ever happened to if you don't have something nice to say .......... And anonymous???? Come on. If you wouldn't have the balls to say it to his face in person, why do you think you can say it to him over the internet? So many "tough guys" that hide behind the Internet. <------ One of my biggest pet peeves As you can see Ed, you have quite the following on here Good luck with what ever you choose to do. I will follow your videos regardless.
  3. From Mike? No, Classic Patterns is a series of shows that have various big name pros as the host ....... KVD, Gerald Swindle, Ike, etc, etc, etc (lot's of them).
  4. That does seem pretty steep for what you got. If you are looking for instructional DVD's check out the "Classic Patterns" series. I have never seen one, but their TV shows are awesome so the DVD's must be incredible.
  5. Yeah .... the guys that stole mine a few years ago just looked like they pulled real hard :-/
  6. I have talked/asked him about it. He has decided to move on :'(:-[ He felt like he was unwanted here. By this thread, I think we can say that is false.. Come back Ed.
  7. I just don't see how the Patriots won't DOMINATE this year My Chiefs will be lucky to get to 8-8 ..... and that depends heavily on who is taking the snaps and if LJ gets to camp
  8. I MUST do that sometime. Very Cool
  9. Well at least he had that going for him. Hopefully today was better

  15. Booooooooooo spinning gear. I don't see Chronarch 50Mg on the list ;D ;D Just a personal preference. When I did own a couple, I had a Symetre and a Twinpower.
  16. OK....now we're all dying to see it.....sooo you HAVE TO put it in there now.....is it like Muddy fishing dressed up like a girl or something????? Thanks for the heads up Glenn....and all your good work on this site! I think muddy needs a new avatar.
  17. So I jump ship in Hong Kong and make my way over to Tibet, and I get on as a looper at a course over in the Himalayas. A looper, you know, a caddy, a looper, a jock. So, I tell them I'm a pro jock, and who do you think they give me? The Dalai Lama, himself. Twelfth son of the Lama. The flowing robes, the grace, bald... striking. So, I'm on the first tee with him. I give him the driver. He hauls off and whacks one - big hitter, the Lama - long, into a ten-thousand foot crevasse, right at the base of this glacier. Do you know what the Lama says? Gunga galunga... gunga, gunga-galunga. So we finish the eighteenth and he's gonna stiff me. And I say, "Hey, Lama, hey, how about a little something, you know, for the effort, you know." And he says, "Oh, uh, there won't be any money, but when you die, on your deathbed, you will receive total consciousness." So I got that goin' for me, which is nice.
  18. It's gotta be the shoes Good lookn' fish as always
  19. You have to upload the video to a host first ... some free ones off the top of my head: photobucket.com, youtube.com, snapdrive.net
  20. That's awesome!!!! Start sleeping ;D
  21. That's how I feel. I like everything about it except the killing, I don't like venison enough to shoot a deer and I couldnt kill it just to kill it so I just save my money for fishing. Maybe when they invent a hunting equivalent to catch & release... ;D I thought about paintball. ;D ;D
  22. Sam, I have not hunted game animals in a long time myself, actually not since I moved out of Wyoming. I grew up in the woods of Arkansas. If you don't mind answering the question; how did you hunt that you found it boring? I ask because when I hunted I tracked animals year round to learn their patterns and when a lot younger I actually hunted deer down by their tracks. I found tracking tons of fun because I could always find sign of different animals and spending time in field observation of animals was for me a joy. By the time hunting season came I knew the animal I had chosen's daily habits and routine quite well. I may hunt again if I find someone that I can share the hunt with as I have never been about having to kill, all into the hunt as in stalking close, then slipping away undetected and the enjoying the experience to the fullest. I chose only to take mature animals and then only under my personal limitations. We all set our own standards be it fishing or hunting. Unlike my father, I approached fishing as a hunter because I was a hunter first. So I hunt fish as I would a deer, elk, or bear. Some fish tend to be more solitary and some prefer groups, food preferences, terrain preferences, etc. just as different game animals so understanding these behaviors makes one better able to predict where to locate the game you seek. That's what I like. I actually went on a deer hunt with one of my dad's friends. The sitting in the stand, watching nature, calling in the deer in was all cool. It's the killing part that ain't for me. Nothing against it, it's just not for me.
