klugmo I talked to the biologist doing. the electroshocks two weeks ago he told me they only had time to do one sampling this year do to the head biologist mother passing away he did say however that the biggest bass shocked was a 6 pounds and that it seemed that they had gotten rid of the large mouth bass disease viruse good news but I actually asked him if he thought the state record was in briery he said there might not be one in va right now but if it is his personal opinion was it was going to come out of sandy river or briery creek

Yeah went to broery last sat it was like the bay. Had white caps caught two broke my duckett and left still have cabin fever probleu gonna go put sat or Sunday depending on temps good luck to you guys !!!

You join the club fish together and have club tournaments which have another entry fee (usually ) ,and you can learn a lot from these people about local bodies of water and catch some nice fish !! Hookingem - For me when i pre fish usually i am basically just fishing , looking for structure,drop offs, and point. Basically learning the lake when i establish a pattern i keep it in mind but usually in summer months the fish are moving and chasing bait so much its hard to fish a pattern that worked two days ago but pre fishing does help with learning the lake and marking way points such as drop offs , points, and structure that they may be sitting on or will be when conditions change but my experiance is when i find a pattern pre fishing if i get stuck on it during the tournament i usually dont do to well . honestly you will find what works best for you we are here to guid you in the right direction .

I was just curios about some of you guys favorite crank baiting setups and situations you go to the setups in !! Trying to get into using crank baits a little more and just seeing what works best for you guys. I don't have a problem using them its just i am not very effective with them and seem to have a problem with the bigger bass coming unbuttoned often on crank baits
