which one do u think is best for crankbaits? I see they're all fast or xfast action...Isnt it better to have a slightly slower action for crankin'? I am sure one of the other guys are more qualify to answer the question for you. I am still a newbee as well. ^^

He has few old rods and reels, but I don't think they even work anymore. He used to fish in the 80's, so baitcaster is not new to him.

How do you like the bps rods compare to shimano?

should I get a 6"6 M or 7"MH? He would probably be fishing out of a local lake, which length would work better for all around rod?

Shimano® Curado® E, with Shimano® Crucial® Trigger Rods. Would you guys consider this setup if I would fish with only 1 rod? Looking to spent 300-350 bucks in total for a setup. If not, how would guys spent the money?

Yep. That is not right. Sure... you can save all the hassle, but if it was really a defected rod then you are in titled to a replacement. It's not about the $50. It is a less of a hassle by paying the 50 bucks look all the trouble RoLo went through. You would not able to get a replace rod if company denies your claim. Personally, I think this policy needs to be looked at because it doesn't make sense.

I don't have 23 setups, but totally agree on different presentations require different types of rods and reels.

Basser I was there on the 17th around noon. Most of the items were over priced, so I didn't buy any.

nothing a few trips to the range and a few hundred rounds can't correct. LOL. HaHa...Probably need to spend few hundred on the ammos before I can shoot a 8 on the target.

Micro, Do you like the Beretta .45acp apx4 storm F or G? Saleman highly recommended to me over the 92fs, but it is more expensive. Any thoughts on this?
