  1. Glads I've had the same thing happen that when I stop and let it sink in deep water a bass will jump on it. At times I've worked it the same way I would a senko and have caught a lot of big bass that way but the best way is still buzzing it on top.
  2. I must have some of those new baits. When can I get them?
  3. WTG Matt! Great looking fish. Are those baits out yet? I need a few for some saltwater snook fishing on the beach.
  4. Watermelon, white, watermelon with red flakes, and green pumpkin are the colors I use.
  5. I would say the Zillion. I have one and love it and now looking at getting another one.
  6. I'm sure the ratings will be low. Who is the fool that decided to put it on Mother's day? They should have picked the Sunday before Mother's Day.
  7. I think it was expected that a swimbait would win in Cali. but I would like to see it win in PA. I can see it winning in Texas and Florida also.
  8. Great pics. That last pic has one fat bass.
  9. WTG! Nice looking bass. I might have to give the swimbaits a try.
  10. Nice looking fish. Wish the peacocks were up here in Tampa.

  14. Nice fish. WTG!
  15. I looking at trying to fish with swimbaits and wanted to know what you guys use and how do you work them. I saw that the matt lures have a talipa color and being in Florida there are a ton of talipa in the lakes I fish. I was thinking of getting one of these and trying them out. What other ones do you guys recommend?
  16. I have the shimano backpack and love it. I have always used a backpack to fish and have never had any problems.
  17. My birthday is coming up and I'm looking for a spinning reel but not sure what to get. I was looking at the daiwa sol 2500. Can you guys recommend any other 2500 reels that I should look at that you guys like.
  18. I use 10lb, 15lb, and 20lb power pro with a 15lb or 20lb flourocarbon leader. I have always done it this way and have never had any problems. It works great and as for knots I use a uni to uni knot or a slim beauty knot. The slim beauty not is smaller and goes thru the guides better.
  19. Congrats, that's a nice looking bass for a pb.
  20. WOW! Nice looking bass.
  21. The white zoom flukes are a great bait.
  22. WTG! Nice fish.
