I'm wanting to give p line a try and I'm a fan of flourocarbon lately..what's Diff between p line flouroclear and flourocarbon..

Looking for a cheaper 7:1:1 and I've heard great things about the garcia pro maxx.Ive been curious about it honestly..I'm looking for someone who owns one for their opinions on it..it's like 79$ new and I hear its great for that price..big fan of garcia reels here.

I understand I usually don't have alot of cash to spend on gear have to catch deals and stuff..had some so I picked them up..I get alot of used gear off Craigslist and places like that..have to do it that way to build my arsenal..supposed to be getting a revo a Tomm off of a guy for 40$ then I'm done buying rods reels for the sping...maybe

I almost didn't get the 7'0 medium but I don't use regular heavy rods much..I wanted the 7'6 winch model but they didn't have it..and out of impulse I just grabbed the 7 medium cause I use medium rods alot here lately..

Been curious for a while now with all the talk about veritas.. So I picked up two tonight got them on sale for 89$ a peice..I got a 7'3 medium heavy and a 7'0 medium..pretty excited about fishing them this weekend.

What's the major differences between these two? They both seem to be built the same just different colors on the rods..just curious I've almost bought a veritas quite a few times..the seems almost like the same rod in diff colors.

Ok great thx..just picked it up because it was sale and was debating about buying another shimano rod..I'm a big shimano fan that's about all I use but this vendetta feels good..most garcia rods are a little stiff to me.

I've became a pretty big fan of shimano convergence rods lately cause there nice rods for the money..I bought a garcia vendetta last night as an impulse buy at Walmart for like 64 bucks on sale...debating on whether I should keep it or return and get another convergence? Not a big fan of gracias rods but I keep hearing the vendettas are nice..love the revos.. Any vendetta fans out there?

I'm going in the morning and I was debating about running to Walmart tonight to get some..my store just got them for the first time..been wanting to try them out..what colors are you guys using?

I say the mustad ultrpoints too..I had trouble with the stock hooks breaking..plus I don't think I've missed a fish on the ultra points.

Just curious about these? Been thinking about flipping them and texas riggjng them. Looking for people that have used them.

Okay so I had a shimano crucial spinning rod that was broken for a while and I took it back today..they replaced it with a new one and I now I have a new rod with tags and all..but I mostly use baitcasters today..trying to figure out what route to go in getting a baitcaster in place of it..a friend of mine uses spinning rods alot and he has a quantum code and rod he's trying to push on me for it ? Anyone use them much? I know there not that expensive but I thought about trading with him just because he wants it so bad..opinions?

Thanks I used to take back cheaper rods back in the day to Walmart but its been a long time..

So I have a broken shimano cumara and crucial. I was just informed I can return them to any store that sells the same product..is that true ? I got them online..a friend told me a local fishing store takes them back straight up..Just curious cause if so I'm going to take them back asap..thanks

. Just really like the veritas rods and curados good combos.

I'd buy a shimano curado and maybe a veritas garcia rod..good combo and 240 would prob get it.

I usually use a 2/0 trailer hook.

Zoom fat Albert grub works well..I'm a big rage tail fan and I've never used there grubs before.but ive heard good things..I'm gonna try some this year.
