Went out to lox this am. From about 730-9 little fish were avg every other cast.. which is entertaining, sept when it kills about $15 worth of worms lol. After that got a bunch of hit and miss flips and a few decent catches but other than the bowfin, biggest was 19". Didnt realize the punch baits were almost gone so ran out early. Goin to bps to now to stock up for a re do tomorrow.

finally... a use for this tranny thats been sitting in the boat!

Ft myers is eh for fresh water boating\fishing Cape coral has quite an impressive canal\lake system and some lead into brackish also.

Went out after work today and it was slow again. Got one missed bite a small bass and the biggest talapia ive ever got and that was it.

Same here as you guys. Went out from about 5 till dark. It was windy and just as the sun started to set behind the trees, they lit up. No culls, but got alot of nice 16-19"ers. Figured this weather would fire them up. One more day and its off the the glades

Hoping the slightly cooler weather thats supposed to roll through Thursday brings the bite back by the weekend. Though its been better lately, going back in the 90s has retarded the bite some it seems.

ive seen gators in that lake. I think pretty much every body of water in the area has snakeheads. The only place around without em that I know of is in the glades.

We went out today and it was slow. Its been getting hot out again. Some decent fish, but none to cull. Biggest bass was 3lbs. Was expecting to do a little better. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

yea its nice in tight small areas, but I curse at it every 2 seconds because it never goes or stays where I want.

I just picked up a bluegill one to try the first of that series, but havent used it yet.

Ive got a 10' tin tracker for small tight areas or no ramp and an 18' glass nitro. Ill put pics up later for ya.

Off for a bass forum, but figured someone here would know. Looking for a cheap fishing charter for some salt water fishing. Most of the private charters are 450+ for a small part of the day. On the west coast I used to use one that was 60 a head.. of course with alot more people, but looking for something like that. Maybe a boat that holds 8 people for 100 a head
